OSUMŌ someone, original bookend / Japan Benex Corporation(EETAL)

→(buy)

These steel bookends were created in collaboration with the brand "OSUMŌ."
OSUMŌ was born from a partnership between graphic designer Ikki Kobayashi and "EETAL"—a project launched by Nihon Benex Co., Ltd., a company rooted in precision sheet metal processing. At EETAL, designers and craftspeople explore new possibilities in sheet metal processing together, engaging in experimental manufacturing that transcends the boundaries of industrial products. For someone, kyoto, we worked with Mr. Kobayashi to create a special model based on this OSUMŌ line, incorporating our signature paper-cut motifs. While serving as a tool to support your books, it can also be enjoyed as an objet d'art that shapes a distinct landscape upon your shelf.
